AI & Workflow Automation for Thailand Businesses

An enquiry arrives on LINE. The booking sits in a spreadsheet. Someone has to copy the details and remind the next person. We help Thailand business owners and operations teams connect that work, starting with one recurring task.

Less copying. Clearer handoffs.

We connect records, route approvals, prepare reports and use AI where text needs interpreting. People keep control of exceptions and consequential decisions.

Illustrative workflow ideas, not client projects or promised results.

A LINE enquiry reaches the booking team

A guest messages your Official Account. The workflow gathers dates and party size, creates an enquiry and alerts staff. A person checks availability and approves the reply before a booking is confirmed.

Check: Thai and English messages, ambiguous dates and repeated enquiries.

An order becomes a fulfilment task

An approved order is copied into the operations tracker with delivery details and an owner. Missing addresses or mismatched amounts are flagged for review. Payment status must come from an agreed, reliable source, not an unverified screenshot.

Check: duplicate orders, incomplete addresses and a failed tracker update.

Built around the tools you use in Thailand.

Integration access depends on your product, plan and permissions. We check those before committing to a build.

LINE Official Account

LINE’s Messaging API connects an Official Account to a business workflow. We can scope enquiry capture, routing and staff handoffs around it. We check account setup, message limits and fees first; this does not mean reading personal LINE chats.

Bookings, Sheets and CRM

Connect enquiry details to your existing booking system, Google Sheets or CRM where integration access allows. Confirm availability in the source system before sending a booking confirmation.

Thai and English records

Plan for Thai names, addresses, mixed-language messages, baht amounts and date formats. Test with representative examples. AI can suggest a translation or summary; a fluent team member checks wording that affects a customer commitment.

PDPA considerations

Practical design considerations, not a legal opinion or compliance certification.

Thailand’s PDPA governs the collection, use and disclosure of personal data, including requirements around lawful grounds, security and overseas transfers. Customer chats, delivery details and staff records all need a deliberate data-handling plan.

Agree the lawful basis and notices with your privacy adviser, identify overseas AI and cloud providers, and set access and deletion rules. Keep unnecessary identity documents and sensitive information out of prompts and logs. Review the applicable transfer requirements before go-live.

Start with one workflow.

Agree a small scope and a way to judge whether it helps before expanding.

How pricing works

We quote for the agreed scope. The estimate separates implementation, third-party software or usage charges, and any ongoing support. Complexity, transaction volume and exception handling affect the cost.

  1. Map the task

Walk through the current steps, tools, data and person responsible. Choose a baseline such as time spent or missed follow-ups.

  2. Agree the scope

Define inputs, outputs, approval points, access and costs. Decide what happens when information is missing or a service is unavailable.

  3. Build and test

Try representative examples, duplicates and failures. Review AI output and confirm that a retry cannot silently create duplicate work.

  4. Hand over and review

Agree ownership, instructions, alerts and support. Compare the working process with the baseline before adding another workflow.

A few practical questions

Can you automate our existing LINE account?

We assess LINE Official Account workflows through the Messaging API. The scope depends on your setup, permissions and messaging requirements. Personal LINE accounts are not treated as a business integration.

Can the workflow handle Thai and English?

We can scope mixed-language intake and AI-assisted summaries. Quality needs to be tested on your own examples, with a fluent reviewer for translations, ambiguous requests and customer-facing commitments.

Do we have to replace our spreadsheets?

Not necessarily. A spreadsheet may be enough for a small, well-defined workflow. If permissions, simultaneous edits or record history become a problem, we can scope a small internal tool instead.

What should we bring to a demo?

Describe one task and the tools involved. An anonymised Thai or English example helps us discuss the input, handoff and review step. Do not send customer records or passwords through the enquiry form.

Show us one task you’d like to simplify.

Tell us what your team in Thailand does today and which tools are involved. We’ll follow up personally to discuss a relevant demo.

Please use anonymised examples and keep customer data or credentials out of this form.

Your details are sent through Web3Forms so AutomateHQ can reply about your enquiry. Please leave out passwords, customer records and other sensitive information.
