Who to contact
AutomateHQ is responsible for the enquiries submitted through this website. Contact [email protected] about this notice or your information. This notice covers this website; project-specific data handling is agreed separately before connecting business systems.
Information in an enquiry
The form asks for your name, email, a description of your workflow and, optionally, the tools you use. We use these details to respond, discuss the request and arrange a relevant demonstration. Do not include passwords, identity documents, customer records or other sensitive material.
The form sends these fields to Web3Forms for delivery. It does not send them to an AI model as part of the form submission. Your browser also connects to service providers, which may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs.
Providers and international processing
Cloudflare delivers the website. Web3Forms processes form submissions and email delivery, and replies are handled through our email account. These providers can process information outside your country. See Web3Forms’ privacy notice, Cloudflare’s privacy notice and Google’s privacy policy for their practices.
Website analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and use of its pages. Google may receive page addresses, browser and device information, referrer information and technical identifiers, and may use cookies. Our form submission code does not include your enquiry fields in analytics events.
You can manage cookies in your browser and use Google’s Analytics opt-out tool. Read how Google uses information from sites using its services. Browser restrictions can affect what is collected.
Retention and requests
Enquiry correspondence is kept while needed to respond, manage the business relationship and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. Retention in provider systems is also subject to their settings and policies. We do not promise that submitting a deletion request immediately removes every backup or provider log.
Email us to ask about access, correction, deletion or withdrawing permission for further contact. Tell us which email address or enquiry the request concerns. We may need to verify your identity and explain any information that must be retained. The rights and exceptions that apply depend on the relevant law and circumstances.
